LAU, Kwok-fai Peter

Peter has over thirty years of experience in managing, leading and coordinating Building Services design projects for clients in Hong Kong, Mainland China and Australia. He has worked extensively on a broad range of engineering projects including HVAC, electrical, plumbing and drainage, fire services, lift, gas and energy study.

He Joined PKL as a Director in 2017. Prior to joining PKL Consultants, he has worked with Parsons Brinckerhoff (Asia) Ltd, Kwan Lee Construction Limited and Chan Associates (Pty) Ltd in Australia.

​

His projects covered several types of buildings such as commercial buildings, residential towers, hotels, mixed-use complexes, institutional buildings, disciplined services buildings, data centres, government offices, hospital facilities and pharmaceutical facilities. In these projects, he was responsible for leading teams to prepare tender documents, conduct tender analysis, estimate cost, conduct site supervision and system commissioning.
